Get to Know Keith
For Keith Browning, financial planning isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people, families, and the life they’re building. As a husband and father, Keith knows firsthand how important it is to feel confident about the future. True wealth isn’t just financial—it’s the ability to focus on what matters most.
Before joining CAP Northwest, Keith spent 23 years in education, serving as a teacher, coach, counselor, and principal. He worked closely with students and families, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. That experience taught him an invaluable lesson: people don’t just need information—they need someone who truly listens, understands, and helps them take the right steps forward. It’s that same approach—one built on trust, guidance, and care—that now defines his work in financial planning.
Keith’s path to financial planning was deeply personal. As a former CAP client himself, he experienced the difference that professional guidance can make. Despite reading every financial book he could find, it wasn’t until he worked with a financial planner that he felt a real sense of clarity and control over his future. That moment changed everything—it showed him how powerful financial planning can be, not just in managing money, but in bringing peace of mind.
Now, as a financial planner at CAP Northwest, Keith brings that same sense of care and purpose to his clients. He believes financial planning isn’t just about building wealth—it’s about creating freedom, security, and the ability to focus on what truly matters. Whether it’s preparing for retirement, navigating a career transition, or making sure loved ones are cared for, Keith is committed to helping clients turn uncertainty into confidence.
Outside of work, Keith cherishes time with his wife, Katie, and two children, finding joy in the simple moments that make life meaningful. He understands that at the end of the day, financial planning isn’t really about money—it’s about making sure you can be present for the people and experiences that matter most.
