Total AUM when leaving my previous firm was about 65m and our pretax income was 220k a year including bonuses and salary.

Within 4 months I had replaced our income; after 6 months (August 2023) at CAP I had brought over 27.5m and my pay was about $240k annually. By the end of 2023 I had just over 30m AUM and some of that was new growth because of client referrals and excitement about the offerings we had.
